Really quick delivery. Great slide, really sturdy and safe. Easy to put together. Great quality.

The tower was a bit more difficult to put together then we anticipated but we did manage it in the end. The tower is great however i would of preferred more cladding up the sides for safety reasons and some grab bars. Ive had to purchase this seperately. I would also preferred for a sandpit cover/lid to of been provided as its awkward to cover.

Great service with quick response and attention to detail.
Everything was as it should be. A quality product that seems that it will stand the test of time.

This was the cheapest slide we found, it came on the Tuesday after ordering on a Sunday and is well made and sturdy!

Easy to order and speedy delivery. Have not used swing yet but it looks sturdy and well made.

Goods were ordered for delivery to a different address. They arrived quickly.
They will be opened and assembled in secret for Santa to present on Christmas Day.

Quality product delivered sooner than expected. Swing set now has a new lease of life despite being at least 20 years old!

Ok not treated wood so not sure lifespan of the items

Great product my daughter loves it.

We’ve had ours about a month now and it looks fab. We painted ours bright pink for the girls. The only negative thing was when building it some of the pieces of wood were labelled incorrectly but we separated all the bits and ticked them off the sheet so it was relatively easy to work out but confusing to begin with as they had the wrong numbers. Delivery was great and much quicker than expected.

I ordered my children a swing which was a quoted delivery time of 5 to 7 working days. The swing arrived after 10 days with missing parts. I have sent 8 emails to TP toys over a 2 week period and am not getting any response other than an automated reply. The phone lines aren't manned due to covid so I cannot physically speak to anyone. Finally somebody has contacted me via email and I have received an order number for the missing part. (Not sure when it will arrive)
The parts that were received are good quality so it's a shame that customer service has been so poor.
I'll update the review if/when the missing parts finally turn up.
